Mānuka honey breakfast smoothie

Ingredients

1 banana 

1 cup of frozen berries 

1/4 cup of Greek yoghurt 

1 tablespoon of chia seeds 

1 tablespoon of Haddrell's Mānuka Honey 

1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice) 

Ice cubes (optional) 

Method 

Peel the banana and place it in the blender. 

Add the frozen mixed berries, Greek yoghurt, chia seeds, almond butter and mānuka honey to the blender. 

Pour in the almond milk (or your preferred milk) and add the ice cubes if desired. 

Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, you can add more milk to achieve your desired consistency. 

Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness by adding more mānuka honey if needed.
